Software Developer

Imagine going to work each day and using your skills on projects for Fortune 500 brands. As software developer at Reality Interactive every work day is different. You'll have the opportunity to develop interactive applications using a variety of programming languages and you'll gain experience working with multiple platforms. Willing to take on the challenge?

Our software team uses agile development techniques, data modeling and object-oriented programming methodology to rapidly bring new ideas to market.


Daily tasks include full system life cycle hands-on experience: coding, testing, performance tuning and documentation. We encourage cross-training and are confident that an experienced developer can adapt quickly to new languages. If you are detail-oriented and motivated, you are a perfect fit for this position.

Qualifications:

A successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the following concepts:

  • Object Oriented development
  • Client Server application architecture
  • Graphical User Interface/Multimedia development
  • Database modeling and administration
  • Integrating with third party APIs
  • Using development frameworks in a professional capacity
  • Web Services

Experience (the more, the better):

  • Technologies: Flash/Flex/AS3, Java, C#, .NET/WPF, PHP, iOS, Android
  • Databases: MS SQL, MySQL
  • IDE’s: Eclipse, Visual Studio
  • Operating System Platforms:  Windows, Linux
  • Adobe Creative Suite, Subversion, Amazon Web Services

Program Manager

As program manager at Reality Interactive, you’ll have the opportunity to use your skills on eCommerce programs for Fortune 500 brands. You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with clients and manage their eCommerce initiatives. Are you willing to take on the challenge?

Daily tasks include: successfully managing multiple highly visible IT projects with 2-4 team members each,managing projects within cost/schedule/quality/scope requirements, conducting change request management as needed with customers, providing ongoing and regular status reports to all involved stakeholders, conducting & leading meetings, providing performance reviews, goal setting, and other personnel management activities.

If you have excellent client relationships skills, are detail-oriented and motivated,you are a perfect fit for this position.

Experience:

These are some of the qualifications you’ll need:

  • Must possess BS/BA degree, computer science,business, or the other relevant degree is required
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite(Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). 
  • PMI / PMP Certification
  • Demonstrated success managing IT projects 
  • 5+ years of project management and teamleadership experience
  • 5+ years of prior programming experience
  • A functional/technical professional with 10+years of overall professional experience
  • Excellent client relationship and communicationskills (written and verbal)
  • Must have very strong communications and interpersonal skills
