The BMW Accessories shop was built to drive online sales for BMW merchandise across North America. Reality Interactive build this site from the ground up, integrating a complex, detailed pricing matrix, and continues to manage and maintain the site with new features every year. The site has been an incredible success, hosting more than 2.6 million users every year and drive more than $4 million dollars in revenue for the company.
In 2015, the site was updated to include a fully responsive user experience. Reality worked with BMW to design a custom mobile UI that is easy to navigate and has a clear path to purchase. The result has been a huge uplift in year-over-year sales from mobile and significantly reduced bounce rate.
