Interactive Displays Allow Time Warner Cable Customers to “Touch, Play and Discover”

Reality Interactive helps Time Warner Cable to shed its DMV-like image as they continue to roll out experience stores across the nation. Each Time Warner Cable experience store features digital signage displays which enhance their time spent in the store. The interactive displays also serve to educate customers and potential customers on the full range of Time Warner Cable’s digital TV, internet and home phone services.

 

Features of Each Experience Store:

Passion Focal Wall – High impact, interactive, multiscreen experience with video and dynamic imagery selected by the customer via tablet.

 

Learning Bar – Interactive bar with customer-focused tutorials and product demonstrations on a variety of devices.

 

Rep Station – Walk-up station with digital signage display and tablet highlighting relevant offerings to customers during face-to-face contact with Time Warner Cable associates.

 

Inspired Living Area – Home seating area with three screens and a tablet to demo the IntelligentHome application.
