Reality collaborated with Samsung and PC Richard to revolutionize the customer experience for the Samsung BESPOKE line of appliances. The objective was to enable customers to seamlessly navigate and personalize their appliance choices within the PC Richard retail portfolio. The approach involved creating a user-friendly quiz to determine appliance style and options preferences. Most notably, the configurator allowed customers to explore a wide range of color panels, aligning perfectly with their aesthetic preferences. Customers could envision their ideal kitchen suite of appliances and compile them into a summary page. PC Richard’s dedicated sales team would then step in to engage with customers, providing unique and personalized service that ultimately led to conversions at checkout.
