Recent shopper insights showed that many shoppers are actually intimidated by today’s smart appliances. They think they’re overcomplicated, overhyped, and overpriced. We built this interactive customer experience to highlight how simple these products could make their lives.
The Reality team used industry insights to build an interactive showcase for Samsung and Whirlpool within the PCR showroom. The experience features the latest models of their smart products, like fridges, ovens, and laundry machines. The custom UI allows customers to compare models, watch product videos, and engage up close with PCR’s vast selection of products. The goal was to show that smart appliances can make life easier, while also helping PCR show up-to-date pricing in a time of ever-changing sales promotions. The creative team joined forces with The Collective @ LAIR to produce beautiful product feature videos for Samsung. These videos are based on the overall product experience so they seamlessly integrate in to the CX.
