During the holiday season, Reality scales the execution of logistics, installation, and support of technology for the nationwide malls. The operations team at Reality follows the mantra ‘no crying kids’. Local staff can feel confident the technology will work every time, and focus on bringing cheer and warmth to families each season. Reality works hard in the off-season to iterate ways to freshen the annual experience and further engage kids who return year over year.
