Reality Interactive’s Creative Director, Doug Hampton-Dowson will speak at the Customer Engagement World 2014 (CEW) conference along with Cindy Heitsman from Time Warner Cable.
Cindy is a retail marketing expert and one of the core team behind Time Warner Cable’s exciting new nationwide experience stores.
In their presentation; “Retail Merchandising in the Digital Age: How to Configure an Interactive Environment”, Doug and Cindy will discuss how they transformed Time Warner Cable’s retail locations into Experience Stores. By opening 20 smaller stores first, they were well prepared to take the lessons they had learned and apply them as they opened the Flagship Store in New York City.
In planning for the Flagship Store, close collaboration with marketing, operations, branding, queuing and architects was required. This was accomplished using as a guideline the four principles of environmental planning; customer, environment, placement and content.
