Our Origin Story
In August 2004 Craig Martin and Bryson Hyte founded Reality Interactive. With extensive backgrounds in shaping the tech industry and a keen eye for emerging trends, they saw a massive transformation in the way businesses needed to reach their customers during the “dot com boom.” They recognized a fundamental shift that uncovered a critical need- brands don’t want to spend their time burdened with the complexities of incorporating tech into their business, they want to focus on what they know and do best.
That’s when they decided that these brands need a specialized partner to manage these networks and create unique solutions. Forming Reality Interactive with a clear mission in mind, they began the journey of assembling a team of experts and establishing the gold standard in retail technology.
Two Decades and Counting
Now, almost two decades later, Reality Interactive stays true to its vision and continues to service and nurture Fortune 100 businesses, connecting them with their customers through innovative digital tools, fostering strong relationships, and delivering data-driven and accessible solutions.
