A focus group with a difference



Last week, we spent some interesting time conducting a focus group with some kids to help pick a winning User Interface for a customer’s retail project.

The great thing about this younger audience was their ability to really tell it like it is! We gained valuable insights from their viewpoint and they were very clear about what they liked and didn’t like, offering great ideas for improvements.
