How it works.
The foundation of our Visioning process is built on the first two phases of MIT’s Design Thinking, Empathize and Define. This four to six week process is designed to get the strongest possible understanding of our clients, their customers, the problem they are trying to solve, set metrics for success, and provide the best possible recommendation.
Empathize
We are a human connected organization providing human-centric solutions. Success depends on seeing the world through the eyes of others. Visioning begins with the empathize phase. Empathy is crucial in building a deep understanding of the realities of the people you are creating the experience for, then the realities of your business, and lastly what we think you should do. We will identify the true problem to solve and what will achieve your goal.
Define
With the problem in mind the define phase aligns stakeholders, documents the project requirements, identifies potential blockers and opportunities, and sets the metrics for success. In this phase it is important to ask as many questions as possible. We will be asking the tough questions and all the how’s and why’s possible. With these questions answered, we will craft your recommendation.
Recommendation
Our creative team will ideate upon the information gathered in phase one and phase two. We will then build out a comprehensive presentation containing our findings and concepts of what you could build. These roughed out ideas will not be final, but they will be the spring board for the ideate phase when the project is officially kicked off.
